Swordfish!  
We are off to a great start at practices this week. There have been a lot of smiles and laughter at practice.

Friday:  Friday fun days will start next week.  Tomorrow we will have practice at the regular age group time (same time as Monday-Thursday).  Mia promises to make it a fun practice where they prepare for the meet Saturday.

Cross Town Meet Saturday: Wear Crazy Hats/Hair and let's swim fast against the Sea Dragons. Please put in your declarations for the cross town meet this Saturday.  This meet is a fun meet for swimmers only.  There will be the usual strokes but also some fun events (corkscrew anyone?).  PARENTS, bring your suits for the parent free relay.   Because this is not one of our regular PPSL meets, swimming in this meet does not count for championship eligibility.  There will also be no volunteer positions (yay!) but... this means if you have a little swimmer you will need to help get them to the block on time.  If this is your first swim meet, there are lots of people around to help show you the way, make your swimmer's arm, etc.  Check out our parents section on the website for more helpful tips. Finally, don't forget to bring gently used swim equipment to donate to help swimmers who struggle to afford gear.
