All Swordfish!

We will be having regular practice on Monday ONLY this week.

You should have just received an email telling you which meet your child will be participating in, I’m attaching the event files so you can see which event your child is swimming. If you are listed on “b” relay, you are actually an alternate for the A relay—there are no B relays...

Now for the all team champs run down:

Westside Champs: Theme: NEON—brighten up the night with your festive bright colors and glowsticks!

PPSL Champs: Theme: Galas and Games: Dress to impress, play to win! On Tuesday please wear fancy gala clothes. On Wednesday wear your favorite sportsball gear and jerseys.

VOLUNTEERS: We need timers and other workers for both A and B champs. Check the sign ups for both meets. In order to make these meets work, we rely on volunteers from all teams. It's a fun way to be part of the action!

CARAVAN & POST MEET MEALS: We will meet at the pool, dressed in theme wear, paint cars, and caravan to B finals on Monday and A finals on Wednesday. After both meets we celebrate with a team. Here's the scoop:

Westside Champs:

• 4:30 pm meet at WSC to paint cars and caravan to Orchard Hill
• 5:30 warm-ups
• 6:00 meet starts
• After the meet join the coaches for a fun meal at Winton Rd Graeter’s

• Meet up with the team in Mason
• Heat sheets will be on sale for $5, bring cash
• There will be food trucks, but no food on the pool deck
• There will be meet t-shirts for sale
• Warmups for 8U, 9/10, and 11/12 are at 12:40. Meet starts at 1.
• Warmups for 13/14 and 15-18 5:40. Meet starts at 6:10.

PPSL Finals (Wednesday):

• 2:30 meet at WSC, paint cars and caravan to Mason
• 3:50 warm-up
• 4:45 meet start
• After the meet, join the coaches for a fun post meet meal (location TBD, waiting for confirmation from the restaurant we went to last year)

BANQUET: Friday, July 15th is the Swordfish Banquet. The final celebration of the season. Join your Swordfish Family for dinner, swimming, awards and the slide show. The banquet is $7.50 per person, $30 family max. Please sign up to bring something to share! The rough timeline for the fun looks like this:

• 6:00- Open Swim
• 6:30- Dinner
• 7:30- Team Awards & Slide Show
