• Bring snacks and water but remember there will be no food on deck.  AT ALL. 
• Bring cash for heat sheets, $5
• Swimmers and workers only on deck except for the few wranglers who will have a pass to get on.
• Bring folding chairs/blankets and wear sunscreen be prepared to sit outside some.

Tuesday PPSL Prelims--Wear Fancy GALA clothes

• Meet up with the team in Mason (Mason Corwin M. Nixon Park /Lou Eves Pool)
• There will be food trucks, but no food on the pool deck
• There will be meet t-shirts for sale
• Warmups for 8U, 9/10, and 11/12 are at 12:40.
• Meet starts at 1 for younger kids
• Warmups for 13/14 and 15-18 5:40.
• Meet starts at 6:10 for older kids

Wednesday PPSL FINALS--Where play clothes, jerseys, sports-wear

• 2:30 meet at WSC, paint cars and caravan to Mason
• 3:50 warm-up
• 4:45 meet start
• After the meet, join the coaches for a fun post meet meal at BW3
