Hello swordfish!

Just a reminder practice starts tomorrow the schedule Monday through Thursday varies by age group. On Friday all swimmers and divers are welcome to come to fun day from 9:00 til 1030 (new time!). Then divers will stay from 10:30 to 11:15 to learn new dives.

NEW this year! Night Swordfish
You may have heard we are offering evening practice for 12 and unders from 5:45-6:30. These practices are for swimmers who cannot come to morning practice because of other obligations. We are only staffed for a very small number of swimmers in the evenings. So, at this time, please do not plan to do drop ins to evening practice. As we get up and running and get a sense of things, we may open it up for limited numbers of drop ins but more to come later.

Also new this year! You need to commit both swimmers and divers to all meets.
The league has moved to swimtopia because it's cross league product. Because of this we need to commit all of our athletes to attend both swim and dive meets. Signing up is easy. On our website click on “meets and events” then “team calendar”. Go to the meet you need to commit to and click the green “meet entry” button. This should allow you to sign each of your children in or out of each meet.

COME ONE COME ALL!—This week practices are open for anyone to try things out. Have a swimmer who wants to try dive? Have a diver who wants to try swim? Have a little brother named Jacob who can totally swim but you don’t think he will get in? Just send them we'll see if we get them in and if we do and they have a good time then you can register them later. This goes for neighbors too! OK they do need to be members of the club in order to be a swordfish.

Championships! Swim champs are either July 7^th OR both July 8^th and 9^th. Dive champs are July 6^th or July 10^th.
