Hi everyone,

The meet is at Mason Aquatic Center 6249 Mason Montgomery Rd.

If this is your first A finals, let me assure you... it is core memory stuff.  So fun. This is a lot of information--but I promise this will be a fun filled 2 days. This is actually a different kind of meet.  The swimmers are on the deck and the parents sit in the stands (except the workers). There will be assigned seating in the stands for our team. Workers have to check in for deck passes.  Don't worry about your little ones.  The coaches they have known all season will be by their sides and we have a couple of wrangler volunteers on deck.

We will also have a tent up for the kids to move in and outside.  We will bring a couple of blankets to put down on the ground for kids to hang out. If you want to bring a lawn chair for your child, it will need to go in the lawn outside of the pool deck. 

We will have a tent out the back of the pool for parents. I would suggest brining a lawn chair for that area.  Sometimes the pool can get loud and its nice to step out between your child's races and see familiar faces.  If you can't find us, face the main doors going into the pool, walk to the right around the back of the building and you will find a group of parents.

Tomorrow: Swim practice for the 13 and overs just to loosen at 9. (Divers don't forget A finals dive practice!)
12 and under: arrive at Mason 12:20, in the water at 12:40. Please don't be late.
13 and over: arrive at Mason 5:15, in the water at 5:30. Please don't be late.

Wednesday: MEET THEME IS NEON. Qualifying swimmers warm up at the swim club 9-9:45. (Divers don't forget A finals dive practice!)
All qualifiers will meet at the TOT LOT THIS IS A LOCATION CHANGE! at 1:15.  Caravan to Mason at 1:45, in the pool at 2:30
Meet starts at 4:15
